The Plain Shiny Singing Bowl Set of 7 is handcrafted in Nepal by experienced local artisans. Each bowl is hand-hammered and polished to a bright, plain shiny finish. Many practitioners describe the classic “ommmmm” sound as deeply centering and restorative.

How to Use

Press the mallet firmly and circle the rim in a steady motion along the outside edge. When you hear a clear tone, slow your pace slightly. Use your full arm rather than just the wrist, and keep your palm flat without touching the bowl’s surface. This technique produces smooth, sustained vibrations.

Cleaning

Wipe gently with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid water and chemicals to preserve the bowl’s tone and shiny finish.
